Meet Leon

The word passion barely describes how Leon Williams feels about his company. This is more than a job for him and his wife, Dhasti–it’s their calling. Their professional relationship is serendipitous, and clients seem to feed off their creativity and energy. Our President, Leon Williams, was always a creative person. For as long as he could remember, he was cartooning, painting cars, diamond cutting—anything he could fabricate or restore was appealing him. Leon’s background in Art has contributed tremendously to his creative perspective and innovative approach to furniture and design.

Dedicated Craftsmanship

Every remodel or custom project is completed with perspective, creativity and precision, building a one-of-a-kind product. His standards are high, which means clients get only the best quality and design. Leon was playing college baseball full time when he started restoring cabinetry and furniture. He apprenticed under one of the leading craftsmen in the industry, Charlie Sanford, where he learned old-world craft methods and business skills. After working on several projects and learning from his mentors, Leon’s joy for craftsmanship and finish carpentry turned into a business idea.

With the support of his family, Leon took a leap of faith and established Interior Exterior Designs, Inc. He built an on-site workshop to custom make all his products. Leon and his team has been creating & surrounding homeowners with beautiful custom millwork for 33 years, enriching homes for families and friends. We strongly encourage you to visit our design center & showroom, here in La Habra. It allows us the opportunity to show you the hundreds of decorative options that we provide, as well as and gives our fabrication and finish departments.

We are confident it will give you peace of mind, to see our facility, while viewing a job or two that we have in progress. Interior Exterior Design is committed to serving our community in more ways than just home remodeling. Leon has coached youth sports for ten years, as well as started a non profit organization with his wife, Dhasti, called “The Mobile Closet” that provides clothing to families in need. He has also done state level events geared towards homeless vets and motel children. Interior Exterior Designs, Inc., has built a reputation through high-end residential remodeling and yet we treat even the smallest of projects with the detail and craftsmanship, customer service and excellence that is of the utmost importance to us.
